Appointments and Booking

Appointments may be booked through our online booking system or directly with a member of our team. Certain services may require a consultation before booking to ensure the request is appropriate for your hair goals and current hair condition.

Please provide accurate and complete information regarding your hair history including previous color services, at home color, chemical treatments, extensions and any other services or products that may affect the outcome of your hair.

Superior Blonde Salon reserves that right to recommend and alternative service, mortify service plan or decline a service if we believe it will compromise the health and integrity of your hair. 

 

Pricing and Additional Charges 

 

Service prices are listed on our website and booking platform and are starting prices and may very depending on several factors, including 

- Hair density and length 

- Previous color history

- The amount of product required

- The complexity of desired look

- Corrective color needs

Your stylist will always strive to communicate anticipated cost. However, final price may very based on the service and product needed to safely achieve your desired result.

Cancellation and Rescheduling 

​

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. 

 

Late cancellations and missed appointments impact our ability to accommodate other guests and may be subject to cancellation or no-show fee in accordance with our booking system. 

 

Repeat cancellations, rescheduling or missed appointments may result in limited future booking availability. 

 

Late Arrivals

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. However, arriving late to your appointment may affect the services we are able to provide during your scheduled appointment.

If you arrive significantly late, we may need to modify, reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid impacting guests scheduled after you.

Consultation and Hair History 

​

Honesty regarding your hair history is essential to achieving the best possible results safely.

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant information about their hair, including but not limited to:

- Previous professional or at-home color

- Box dye

- Bleach or lightening services

- Keratin or smoothing treatments

- Relaxers or other chemical services

- Henna or metallic salts

- Extensions

- Significant changes to the hair since the last appointment

Failure to disclose accurate hair history may affect the outcome, timing, pricing, or ability to perform a requested service.

Hair Color Results 

​

Hair color is a customized service, and results may vary based on each client’s natural hair color, previous color history, hair condition, and maintenance routine.

 

While we strive to achieve your desired result, exact results cannot always be guaranteed, particularly when significant color changes, corrective color, or previous artificial color is involved.

 

Certain transformations may require multiple appointments to safely achieve the desired result. The health and integrity of your hair will always remain a priority over achieving a specific result in a single appointment.

Hair Health and Service Refusal

The health and integrity of your hair are extremely important to us.

 

Superior Blonde Salon reserves the right to decline, postpone, or modify any service if we believe performing the requested service could compromise the condition or integrity of your hair.

 

This may include situations involving excessive damage, chemical processing, undisclosed hair history, or unrealistic expectations regarding what can safely be achieved.

Corrective Color and Major Transformations 

​

Corrective color and significant transformations can be unpredictable and may require additional time, product, appointments, and financial investment.

 

An exact outcome, timeline, or number of appointments cannot always be guaranteed before beginning the service. Your stylist will discuss the recommended service plan and expectations with you whenever possible.

Extensions

​

Hair extensions require proper installation, maintenance, and at-home care.

 

Superior Blonde Salon is not responsible for issues resulting from improper at-home care, failure to follow recommended maintenance instructions, products or extensions not approved by your stylist, or extensions installed or altered by another professional.

 

Maintenance appointments should be scheduled according to your stylist’s recommendations to protect both your natural hair and your extensions.

Service Satisfaction and Adjustments 

​

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns regarding your service, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to evaluate your concerns.

 

Any adjustments will be considered at the discretion of Superior Blonde Salon and must be requested within one week following the original appointment.

We are unable to guarantee adjustments if another salon or individual has altered your hair following your appointment.

 

Because salon services are customized and involve professional time, products, and labor, refunds for completed services are final sale. Where appropriate, we may offer an adjustment or alternative solution.

Payments

Payment is due in full at the completion of your appointment unless otherwise arranged.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary, including but not limited to situations involving inappropriate, threatening, abusive, or disrespectful behavior, failure to follow salon policies, or circumstances in which a service cannot be safely performed.

Personal Belongings

While we make every effort to maintain a comfortable and secure environment, Superior Blonde Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Photography and Social Media

Whenever possible, we will communicate with you regarding the use of identifiable images of your hair or likeness. Separate consent may be requested for specific marketing or portfolio purposes.
